Natasha Davidson
Director
Natasha is the Director of the nursery and has ran the successful Happy Feet setting for over 10 years now!
Natasha is very passionate about Early Years and has gained her high level of knowledge and expertise through many years in this business and through her degree in Early Childhood studies.
Natasha works closely with the nursery Manager to ensure the standards of care are met and managed accordingly!
Tilly Turner
Nursery Manager
Tilly is the Nursery Manager and the smiley face to greet parents around the nursery.
Tilly is very passionate about the high level of quality care given in the nursery and oversees a team of excellent practitioners as well as progressing her own career by studying for her degree in Early childhood studies.
Tilly has been at Happy Feet for some years now and has worked her way up from a modern apprentice to manager!

Hannah Mountaine
Deputy Manager
Babies and Tweenies room leader
Hannah is our room based Deputy Manager and the room leader of our baby and tweenies rooms.
Hannah supports Tilly with management duties throughout the nursery and focuses her expertise on learning and teaching standards ensuring all rooms are up to date with our current curriculum.
Hannah is very maternal and loving and therefore is the perfect person for our baby and tweenies rooms and is often finding special National Days to plan lots of exciting days for the children.
Marya Abdullah
Pre-school room leader
Marya is our room leader in Pre-school and is our lead in teaching and learning in the room as she holds a QTS. Marya leads a set of skilled staff to ensure the children are developing and meeting milestones ready for their school transition.
Marya has her knowledge from her degree in teaching to implement in the pre-school and to the staff working alongside her in there.

McKenzie Evans
Toddlers room practitioner
Nursery SENCO
McKenzie is based in our Toddler room and has been since starting with us back in 2021! This is because of McKenzie's creative and messy play interests and her ability to create fun learning opportunities with anything!
Since the Autumn term 2024 McKenzie has been leading our SEN provision across the whole nursery, working alongside the Nursery Manager to ensure SEND needs are met and In doing this McKenzie hosts a SEN support session weekly in our Sunflower Suite.
Mehreen Bibi
Tweenies room practitioner
Mehreen has been with us some years now and is a firm favourite of our parents with her bubbly personality and cheeky smile.
Mehreen is based in our tweenies room which is 18m-2y and is always coming up with new ideas to her room leader of what she would like to change/ add/ plan for the children. Mehreen is very passionate about the love she gives to the children in her room and treats every child like her own.
Millie Lagoe
L2 apprentice practitioner - Toddlers
Millie is the newest addition to our team starting with us in January 2025 as a L2 modern apprentice based in our Toddler room. Millie is very confident and keen to learn and has settled in so well with us! Millie loves bringing ideas into the Toddler room and bringing these ideas to life with Laura and McKenzie in there to guide her. Millie is often heard singing and chatting away to the Toddlers and often observes the children to let them lead their own play with their own ideas.
Yasmin Mohammed
Lunch cover and supply staff
Yasmin is our lunch cover practitioner and also our own nursery supply. Yasmin spends time in all the different aged rooms in nursery and the children just love when Yasmin is in their rooms! Yasmin may only be part time and a helping hand but she is a big part of our nursery family and completes all relevant trainings to be the best she can be for your little ones.

Carol James
Nursery Chef
Carol is our very loved nursery chef who is much more than just a chef to us at Happy Feet! Carol is very involved with the families and children that we care for and loves greeting them all into nursery in a morning. Carol provides fresh, nutritious meals for all the children and receives great feedback too. Carol caters for all dietary requirements and works closely with the management team to continuously develop our menus.
