Natasha Davidson
Director
Natasha is the Director of the nursery and has ran the successful Happy Feet setting for over 10 years now!
Natasha is very passionate about Early Years and has gained her high level of knowledge and expertise through many years in this business and through her degree in Early Childhood studies.
Natasha works closely with the nursery Manager to ensure the standards of care are met and managed accordingly!
Tilly Turner
Nursery Manager
SENDCO
Tilly is the Nursery Manager and the smiley face to greet parents around the nursery.
Tilly is very passionate about the high level of quality care given in the nursery and oversees a team of excellent practitioners as well as progressing her own career by studying for her degree in Early childhood studies.
Tilly has been at Happy Feet for some years now and has worked her way up from a modern apprentice to manager!
Alongside Tilly's management role she also oversees the nurseries SEND children and creates IEPs to ensure every child at Happy Feet is progressing!

Hannah Mountaine

Babies & Tweenies room leader
Hannah has worked for Happy Feet for over 5 years now starting with us on a placement, she just fell in love with the place. Over the years, Hannah has supported the nursery in many ways and many roles and has great knowledge of all ages and stages throughout the EYFS. Hannah supports Tilly with the running of the nursery whilst focussing daily on meeting our youngest children's needs in our babies & tweenies rooms.
Bisma Wasay
Toddlers room leader
Bisma started our Happy Feet team in 2025 and has been an exceptional practitioner ever since. Bisma's energy is contagious and just what our toddlers need. Bisma leads her toddler staff team very well and they have such a close bond which creates a calm environment for our toddlers to thrive in.
Bisma has brought many new ideas to our team so far and we can't wait to watch her progress within our company.
Marya Abdullah
Pre-school room leader
School transition leader
Marya holds a QTS and therefore has great knowledge of teaching and learning standards. Marya is our Preschool room leader and school transition lead and focusses on that final stage of the EYFS preparing the children for their next big journey which is 'big school'. Marya supports parents with applications and open day information for local schools in the area. Marya is often hosting literacy and mathematics groups with the pre-schoolers and preparing them for their next journey in 'big school'.

Courtney Tomkinson
Babies & tweenies practitioner
Courtney is our babies and tweenies practitioner working alongside room leader Hannah to ensure our babies needs are met daily. Our babies & tweenies team work hard to ensure we offer a warm, nurturing environment in which our youngest children of the nursery can safely develop and meet milestones.
Courtney is a very bubbly character and is always laughing throughout the nursery and is heard before she is seen!
Olivia Astley
Toddlers room practitioner
Liv is our L3 practitioner based in our Toddler room. Olivia is very creative and is often planning messy activities to keep those little minds active. Olivia is a fun, bubbly character who has lots of fun with the toddlers and is often heard and seen playing away with them in the role play area and offering lots of comfort and cuddles to those who need it.
Saima Dada
Pre school practitioner
Saima is our part time practitioner in our Pre school unit. Saima holds a L6 qualification and has worldwide experience in childcare and brings ideas from all over the world. Saima works closely with Marya to ensure high standards are maintained and children are becoming ready for their next chapter 'Big school'.
Millie Lagoe
L2 apprentice practitioner - Toddlers
Millie is our nursery apprentice, starting with us in February 2025 as a L2 modern apprentice based in our Toddler room. Millie is very confident and keen to learn and has settled in so well with us! Millie loves bringing ideas into the Toddler room and bringing these ideas to life with her staff team in toddlers to guide her. Millie is often heard singing and chatting away to the Toddlers and often observes the children to let them lead their own play with their own ideas.
Amber Wise
Lunch cover and supply staff
Amber is our lunch cover practitioner and also our own nursery supply. Amber spends time in all the different aged rooms in nursery and the children just love when Amber is in their rooms! Amber may only be part time and a helping hand but she is a big part of our nursery family and completes all relevant trainings to be the best she can be for your little ones.
